Central Self Storage Mesa

My Husband & I decided to move to CA from AZ a few years back and left the majority of our belongings in a storage unit here. My Husband had used them in the past and his Aunt has several units here while she resides in TN. Hadn't had issues with them until these past few months we hit a financial rut and really needed to work something out with them such as extensions or waiving the ridiculous late fees when you're just a couple days late. We were bummed that after paying this company for several years that we played phone tag for severel months and via email with the Property Manager. Sadly when my Husband finally got her on the phone she says we have 1 hour to pay some crazy amount that included fees that never ended. If someone is having financial difficulty I don't think extra fees will help us pay it any quicker. Anyways, just felt that they should have worked with long standing customers that have forked over plenty of money to this company until we could work out bringing our stuff to CA. Very disappointed that they would auction off a sweet Family with two little boy's belongings as quick as they did. There was still us wanting to work with them somehow someway. Our stuff was not in anyway abandoned there. Get your stuff straight Central Self Storage, this act was most pitiful on your part. Hope you make so much more money getting our things out of that tiny storage space we were paying on for several years. The good people were let down big time! Thanks for absolutely nothing!!
