I’m very sorry for the confusion and the bad experience you hadI remember speaking with you and I was just as shocked as youI’ve never had a problem on my property and I had to research to see what happenedWhen there was a property check in December we saw your unit was empty and moved
you out of the computer systemI never thought twice that your unit was burglarized as we have people move out all the time without saying anything Come January when you called I remember I told you I had to call you back because I didn’t have the key to our archives unit until the maintenance man brought it back on TuesdaySince I was off that day I had my Assistant *** speak with you and to have you file a claim with your insurance companySince I haven’t heard from you since, I thought it was resolvedIt was never my intention for you to think I was ignoring you, and I apologize

I bough a tractor by paying $5,from Tomoe CorpInternational BLVD Seatac, WA Direct Line: (206)883-Office Line: (206)651-Website: tomoetractors.com After working for less than an hour tractor diedI called them and Mr.D*** the owner told me to change batteryI bought a new battery and replaced it, tractor worked for less than an hour and died againI changed one more battery and same thing happenedWhen I called Mr.D*** he told me to come back on Jun 15th and he can give me a replacementWhen I went back he said new stock didn't come try after a weekI kept visiting his shop in Seatac every week two timesAfter more than ten visits finally in the last week of July he got new stock but he said I will have to pay $1,more to get another tractorI checked internet and saw another tractor he was willing to sell for $6kI offered him the difference ($400) to take his faulty tractor and give me the replacement but he refusedHe is very rude and always
