The consumer has every right to communicate directly with the hospitals or creditors who referred her to collections We will agree to stop communicating with her regarding any accounts already placed with us for collection If new accounts are placed later, that would initiate another communication We are a reputable business founded years ago We have earned the respect of the creditors whom we represent, and have received letters of thanks from consumers we helped to settle their debts This is the first time we have been given minutes or less to investigate and respond to a complaint Our answering machine was professionally set up by Westelcom We have not had any other complaints about our answering system This consumer asks us to answer questions in one section of her complaint, but under desired settlement our only option is to stop contacting her Let us know if any more time is allowed to respond Thank you for your consideration
