Phil M[redacted] the owner of Central Painting of Brudgeport, CT did not prep for the job, as one of his workers told me, he should put up a cover to avoid the overspray flying onto other properties. Immediately, after they arrived you could see how sloppy and unprofessional they were. The paint oversprayed to my home causing damage to my deck, retaining walls and vehicle. I made several phone calls to P[redacted] of Central Painting - with no response. I notified my neighbor who said they were highly insuranced, but she basically doesn't want to know anything. She doesn't have respect for anyone's property and could care less that the vendor she hired caused damages to our property. I live in West Allis and my Lawn is sprayed every year by Central Services and my Yard is Noticeably the best looking Yard down my street. They call me in Advance to let me know they are coming and even if I forget they go out of their way to move my kids toys off the lawn and avoid my Dogs Land mines that are left. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in what they do and has above excellent Customer service I would recommend Central Services for the Job

Review: I hired Central Services to repair several large deal areas on my lawn as a result of the 2012 drought. They raked, slit seeded, installed top soil (had to come back the next day because they "forgot" the top soil), and installed a temporary watering system. The job was done on May 25, 2013. As we all know, we had a lot of rain this early summer so many of our plants and trees have come back nicely. After 5-6 weeks of having their watering system on my property, and almost 10+ inches of rain the majority of the grass seed had not germinated. [redacted] was the project manager. They removed the sprinkler system around July 1st and still many, many ungerminated areas. I expressed my concern about why the majority of the seed had not even started to grow. [redacted] came back to inspect the property and told me she put some seed down and raked it in in an attempt to rectivy the poor workmanship. She did not rake the seed in and just threw it on top of the soil. The temporary watering system did not work well. The timing box was leaking for an undtermined amount of time unti I reported it. one of the heads broke, and it watered more in the permiter of the areas rather that also in the middle. I asked for a partial refund because I had to hire another contractor to repair most of the work they did not perform correctly. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company but Central Services will not comply.Desired Settlement: I would like $1935.94 refunded from Central Services.

Central service was timely and did a nice job re-building my flower bed. The end result was better than I could imagine and the clean up was great. [redacted] was knowledgeable when doing the assessment and asked questions that made the job look professional and just as I wanted. Would recommend this company to others that need any type of landscape work done.

We received a quote from Central Services in April for a job to be done in May. They arrived when they said they would, started early, worked all day and finished by the end of the day. The workers were polite, energetic and neat. They had everything cleaned up by the time they left and our new sod looked great. I know they used the best sod available and to look at it now I am extremely happy with the results. I have them scheduled to come back in September to do another project for me.

Central Services has done maintenance work for our company for years, and we've had nothing but a positive experience. Recently we hired them to do some major clean-up and renovation work. The work was impeccable. They were quick, thorough, and made the two areas we hired them to improve, look absolutely beautiful. Their employees are polite and responsive, always on time, and clean up after themselves. They are experts in what they do with great service to match. I highly recommend them. Excellent experience. A+

My wife and I had an idea on what we were looking for in a patio, but did not know what all was available. Central Services helped guide us through the different options and plan out what worked best for our house and our tastes. Job was finished on-time and on-budget. The employees were courteous and took pride in what they were doing. We love our new patio!

Review: This paint job started July 18 and was initially supposed to be complete on July 20. Phil M[redacted] was paid in full and touchups were required. Once the paint dried it was cleatly visible that the paint was not applied evenly and all walls needed to ne repainted. After several phone callls, emails and a no show Phil finallycame back on September 2 to complete the job. During the process of trying to complete the job the ceiling was painted with the wall color to complete the touchups. They did not have ceiling paint and Phil said they would come back on September 5 at 8:00 to once again

complete the job. Once again he was a no show and has not returned calls or emails. There are still areas on the walls that clearly show were more paint was applied. Additionally, when he left he spilled paint over the concete entrance in front of my door that I can not remove. At this point I want a refund so that I can hire professional painters to complete the job. The lack for responsiveness and inability to complete the job after two attempts leads me to believe that Phil does not have the ability to do the work properly.

The last attempt to contact Phil I was 9/27 by email and once no response.Desired Settlement: At this point I like a refund so that I can hire someone to repaint my walks and remove the paint from in front of my door.
