Again I just went thru all my emails since 10/20/and the ONLY Revdex.com email I have received it the one where you stated I had opened a complaint Reopen this complaint please so I can respond to the garbage this guy is talking The only person that came to my house in the last days is a tree trimmer, my lawn guy and the Holloween kids I just checked my security camera which records everyone in the driveway If Steve claims he came to house he lies

I fixed Mr***s Singer Touch & Sew, ? Sewing Machine and showed him that it was sewing perfectly? This is a good machine and is the last of the touch in sews that have metal gears? It is worth around 300-dollars? If he wasn't satisfied with the work I'm sure he wouldn't have paid me.? ? ? He called me a half hour later and said he needed a part to his tension unit? I told him I would mail it to him? He ? then called me two days later using vulgar language and threatening me which he left in a voice mail saying he watched a you tube video and by watching that he could tell I didn't fix it right? I called him back and I received more vulgar language and threats from him? I went to his house and he was not there, so I left my card? I am willing to resolve this issue by going to his home and showing him there is nothing wrong with the machine? If there is something wrong I will fix it and if I can't I will give him a full refund? ? ? I fixed Mr. ***s Singer Touch & Sew, Sewing Machine and showed him that it was sewing perfectly. This is a good machine and is the last of the touch in sews that have metal gears. It is worth around 300-400 dollars. If he wasn't satisfied with the work I'm sure he... wouldn't have paid me. He called me a half hour later and said he needed a part to his tension unit. I told him I would mail it to him. He then called me two days later using vulgar language and threatening me which he left in a voice mail saying he watched a you tube video and by watching that he could tell I didn't fix it right. I called him back and I received more vulgar language and threats from him. I went to his house and he was not there, so I left my card. I am willing to resolve this issue by going to his home and showing him there is nothing wrong with the machine. He did not fix the machine as he states He did steal a part, what would you call removing a part without my permission that the machine came with when new and taking it with him He also took the another part that he replaced with a used one he happened to have in his tool box That is so he can swop parts again and lie to someone else I only hung up on him once when he stated his attorney was listening I reject anything but my money back Otherwise I may have to file theft charges with the Franklin County Sheriff's office The only "threats" made was like I told him I was contacting the Revdex.com maybe, the OAG's office, small claims court and anyone else like the Ohio Dept of Taxation that might be interested in his business practices Has the Revdex.com ever seen a reputable business give the only receipt a total amount written on the back of a business card? No itemization, no tax shown charged I'm sorry but he has never heard a vulgar word then he needs to pull on his big boy panties
