office staff concerning the towing of this vehicle. Our driver maintains that no damage was done by our tow truck during the tow, and that the vehicle was towed properly and handled professionally. Our manager has reviewed the claim in detail and has concluded that it did not happen during the tow or while the vehicle was in our possession.Therefore we deny any responsibility in this claim and respectfully decline your request to pay for any repairsRespectfully, [redacted]

We have again reviewed this complaint and the claims that Ms. [redacted] is making.  Her claims that our company does not "care" what happens to the property and vehicles we repossess are false.  We recover hundreds of vehicles per month for many reputable finance companies and I can assure you we tow all vehicles professionally and handle all personal property with care.  After speaking with our staff and reviewing the claimed damages we again have determined that the damages were pre-existing and were not caused by our company.  Therefore we cannot take any responsibility for the damages she is claiming.

If the company had given me my property in a timely manner when I had called or when they repossesed my vehicle they should have given me time to retrieve my items then at that time, they would not have had to empty or store my items in their storage or in their inventory therefore there should not have been a charge so no I will not let this go, and I will be contacting an attorney from here. Thank You.

The fees will stand as we have to employee a lot person to remove, inventory, and store the personal belongings of the customer.  The property is stored in our secure, enclosed facility, for them to pick up at their convenience.  We are required by law to store personal belongings left in the vehicle, and hold for a period of time for the customer to pick up.  For this reason, the fees will stand.  Thank you, and please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.  Darcy
