De que fue lo que se me cobró? Entiendo que si no pago mi factura a tiempo, tengo que pagar un cargo pero no uno tan elevado como el que según “ellos” se pago. Además, ellos me dieron tiempo para que pudiéramos arreglar el problema, ya que yo no cometí el error en este asunto, sino que fue el empleado de la compañía de aseguranza. Eso es lo que no se me hace justo, pagar el error de otro. Y es lo que me hicieron. Porque al no regresarme el dinero con el que compre la aseguranza, me están robando a mí, porque no cumplieron el trato que hicimos desde el principio, de mantener el precio de la aseguranza. Así que por su irresponsabilidad, me di a la obligación de agarrar otra aseguranza en el cual tuve que invertir en la compra de esa nueva.
