***'s home and discussed that his pump in the well, was grounded and not workingThey called me, Cory J***, owner of Jackson Well ServicesX gave the price to servicemen who were with Mr***Mr *** approved the replacement of the pumpThe servicemen then proceeded and pulled the pump and discovered the iron was so bad that the well needed to be cleaned out or it could plug up the new pumpMr*** said that he did not want it done at the time and to go ahead with the pump replacementThe service team completed putting the new pump in and turned on the pump and it plugged up with iron from the well.The service team then called me again and was on speaker phone with Mr*** in backgroundtold them that this well had to be cleaned and it would be an extra $on top of the original pump quote due to his well being iron fouledMr*** agreed that he had to do it and the servicemen went back to the shop and brought back acid descaler and put it in the well to let it cycle in the well overnight.October 25, 2017The next day we came back and air scrubbed the well and cleaned iron and debris out of the well.Mr*** was 100% made aware of the extra charges due to his well being iron fouledThe estimate that Mr*** may or may not have received for $does not include the iron problem which created the need for acid and air cleaning the wellThe estimate may be to replace a pump during hoursWe did emergency service late nightMr*** called usHe was made aware of the problems with his well and agreed, with the Jackson Well Services service team and me, Cory J***, to the charges before the work was performedTherefore, Mr*** owes the bill 'in full.Best regards,Cory J***, President Jackson Well Services
