Unfortunately the product registration and warranty tag is an important part of the ability to sell the productIt is really beyond the limits of civility to be called "greedy" and I request that the Revdex.com strike that from the recordSmall business, mine included struggle to survive and this customer has no knowledge of what that is likeWe have bent over backwards and taken returns from this and all customers many timesThe requests for this customer have escalated and we can no longer meet her demands for us to take a loss on productsTrying a product on in store is not the same as taking a product home, removing the tag, and using it some fashion, then bringing it backThis purchase was made with a gift certificate just to keep all facts in the record straight

I am very sorry that we have been unable to resolve this complaint to the customer's satisfactionWe try to provide excellent customer service before and after a customer's purchaseIn this particular scenario [redacted] purchased a baby carrier from our storeShe has already purchased and used the same carrier in a variety of colors and prints in the past and is well versed in how to use themShe placed a special order for a specific print on May 28thOn June 4th it hadn't arrived and she purchased another print we did have in stockOn June 5th she asked in a [redacted] message about our return policy which is outlined on our receiptsOur return policy is that products must be returned within days in new condition, with packagingIn a [redacted] message I expanded on the policy that we do check carriers over very carefully, even sniff testingOn June 6th she attempted to return the carrier to the store, however the product registration tags, tags required by Federal law for the sale of baby gear, had been removedAfter the tags have been removed I can no longer sell the product as new to another customer and we are not a used baby storeIn fact our insurance expressly forbids selling used baby products.I would love to resolve this complaint to [redacted] 's satisfaction, and offered help in adjusting the carrier to improve the comfort of her baby, but the only resolution she is content with is a full return which would be a loss for the storeWe cannot take on that loss right now unfortunately

Small business, mine included struggle to survive and this customer has no knowledge of what that is like. We have bent over backwards and taken returns from this and all customers many times. The requests for this customer have escalated and we can no longer meet her demands for us to take a loss on products. Trying a product on in store is not the same as taking a product home, removing the tag, and using it some fashion, then bringing it back. This purchase was made with a gift certificate just to keep all facts in the record straight.

[It shouldn't matter that I have boughto tulas in the past. My first child liked to be carried and my second doesnt. As I state dinner before,the only tag attached to the tula I received was a registration card. No other tag or packaging involved. I put it on, walked to the mail box and walked back she cried the whole time. I don't consider it being used. By that standard all your tulas in your shop are used. People try them, on and walk around for 10 min. You not wanting to take a loss is just greedy. I am very low income and cannot afford to have a loss of that amou nt.  We saved money and came to your business because we wanted to support you and this is what we get in return. It's really not okay to me. I do not accept your response, I want my money back or a store credit. And I will not ever return to your store.
