Sherman contact me about ordering more toner for our printer.I was confused and not sure what he was talking about because we get our toner sent automatically to us from a company we are contracted with.He told me that the app on my computer wasn't communicating with their devices properly and that's why they were calling (the app on my computer does tend to stop communicating with our REAL company so it was beleivable).I kept saying that I don't understand because our toner is delivered automatically but he kept insisting it was because our devices weren't communicating properly they were calling customers this time so we wouldn't be in a situation where we ran out of toner.The billing department called and the things he was saying made me unsure of what was going on and I said but I don't understand because we have our ink sent automatically and it is billed to our credit card.The guy from the billing department got off the phone with me and Sherman called me back.He said everything to reassure me and the guy from billing department called me back and I confirmed the order, we got the invoice and paid the $994.58. Now I had someone from billing call me again and talk about the the colour ink they were sending.He told me to look out for the invoices which I was confused about and said ok because we do get invoices from our REAL company.The next day I got an invoice for $2855.20, so I looked them up and their address is a mailbox rental.I emailed them to tell them I wanted a refund and not to be contacted anymore. Someone called me an hour later to let me know that they can't refund but they have me recorded confirming the order.I said then listen to the sales call with Sherman and you'll hear I was obviously confused and lied to. He said they don't record the sales calls only the confirmation calls - HOW CONVENIENT.We are a nonprofit agency, they should be ashamed.I take responsibility for falling for it - but please beware. They say what they need to convince you.

I have received contact with three people: Morgan A, Ken L, and Tony J. They sent my department an invoice of $2065.26 for products we did not buy. After numerous times telling them we are not going through with the order, they continued to fight for us to pay it and even sent me a recording of the phone calls I had with them. I did not open any links they gave me. The address they used on their invoice was supposedly an Anchorage address, however after doing some investigation myself, turns out their address leads to a UPS store. The phone number used to call me has an LA, California area code, obviously not from Alaska. They said we are not allowed to return anything, in which we will return anyway if products are actually sent. Their emails to me were demanding. I will not be paying this "company." I do not believe that this is an actual company. We have never worked with these people before and would like this issue to stop.
