We have contacted the company for a refund on a product we didn't authorize an order for Company has refused refund Central Systems has sent us toners for a machine that we are under contract with through Xerox There would be no reason for us to seek out a company to send us toners They claim that one of our employees called them to order toners when the only person who would be placing order would be me No one in this office is authorized to order any supplies except for me, [redacted] *** After receiving the latest invoice from Central Systems, we realized that we never ordered any toners from them and they did not speak with me regarding any toners to be sent They called and spoke with [redacted] claiming that we had placed an order already and that she only needed to authorize the shipment to be sent Now they have us on a "contract" and are sending us toners once a month and they claim that we are calling them and placing the orders When I called and spoke wit

Guest was and is still being charged for a reservation she booked and guaranteed for arrival on Dec**, That room was held for her and she did not use nor did she even try to cancel so that the room could have been sold to someone else.We have also paid [redacted] the commission for this reservation She is more than welcome to contact [redacted] to dispute Hotel policy is clearly stated on the [redacted] website regarding cancellation and No Show charges

Sent toner unsolicited and then billed for it at 10x market price Company mailed us printer toner as a purchase that we DID NOT AUTHORIZE and then attempted to bill us for the toner at a price that is 10x the market! Toner is being returned (return is documented)

This guest is not telling the truth She made a reservation for rooms on July **, at 1:44AM for arrival on August **, She made these reservations on-line thru [redacted] and chose the Advance Purchase Reservations which would have discounted the rate by 10% It clearly states Pay Now And Save Prepaid, Non-Cancellable and Non Refundable She chose to book this reservation to save the 10% She May or May Not have tried to contact the hotel directly to cancel the reservation at some time and would have been told by the front desk that they are not able to cancel this reservation because it is a non-cancellable reservation They would have told her to contact Choice Hotels Directly I know for a fact that I had not spoken to this person Please know that when reservations are made and guaranteed by credit card the hotel is liable to hold that room all night and up until 7AM the next morning for the guest to check in which is what we did with the rooms she prepaid for The hotel is not liable for the reservations she booked We followed the proper procedures

The people at this company scammed us by sending us toner that we did not place an order forwe asked them to play the recording back for us and they did and their sales person side of the recording was crips and clear we could barely hear the audio of our receptionistThe caveat was that they called us by the wrong company name which the receptionist supposedly confirmedour staff knows the name of our company and being called by the wrong name is a giant red flagThen when the owner tried to talk to them over the phone, the representative threatened to "destroy" our companies online presence and reputationThen he proceeded to insult the owner If this person was standing across from me, I would have definitely punched him in the face for pulling such a scam and then have the audacity to verbally attack us

[redacted] company that calls businesses in hopes that they get a low level admin type person who they trick into believing that they are the companies "authorized toner provider." This company called one of my locations in Miami and had their call answered by a new admin Once she fell for the "authorized toner provider" scam, they proceeded to sell her a toner cartridge for $that is available on Amazon for less than $ Obviously this is a huge coaching opportunity for the employee, but it is a sg technique that this "company" employs

It was found that this company misrepresented itself to our admin and we somehow got set up on some toner plan We already get free toner from our copier company so have no need to pay a ridiculous amount for more We were billed for and paid for toner from this company and have to date only received This scam was discovered when they tried to bill us back in April for another toners and tried to tell us we were past due and already received the product After some research and digging we found this was a scam When I asked their rep *** why the bill for toner was so high admitted we were billed for toner but was only able to provide tracking for toner He then also admitted we had not received the other toner he was trying to collect on and changed his tune saying it was a plan where we would get toner per month I hav

Called and said that they were our toner supplier and we needed to purchase more toner Good thing that our dispatchers know about these calls and immediately transfer them to our IT department or we could've been stuck with a large invoice of overpriced toner

This company initiated a call to our office and pretended like our copy company (that provides all toner and supplies to us) had called them to provide toner because they were out They asked us to verify all our information (therefore they had the correct information about our copier) and then sent us a toner that was priced more than five times the actual cost This company should be ashamed of themselves praying on inexperienced front desk staff
