Was not very pleased with this company I purchased a new home and used this company for termite controlThey sprayed months before I closed on my house and never came back to inspect within the time frame that I was residing thereThey did not call me days in advance to discuss renewal as stated on the contract and then when I asked to terminate my contract, Ashley ( I believe that was her name) had a very snappy attitude

My husband and I moved into our home late last year and the current termite contract was under Central Termite & Pest ControlWe had not heard of this company prior to the purchase of our home, but we decided to give them a call about renewing our termite contract and about pest treatment for antsBefore making the call, I had intentions of calling "big name" companies to get quotes trying to get the best price possibleWhen I called Central Termite & Pest Control, the girl was so friendly and knowledgeable that I never made a call to one of the other companiesNot to mention their prices were exactly as the big name companies were advertisingThe excellent customer service did not stop thereThey were at my home within hours of me making the call, and both employees that came to my home were not only friendly, but professional and timelyWhen I called the office to make my payment, I spoke to a different girl than the first time I called and she was equally as niceThe customer service is out of this world! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing the type of services they offer!
