Thank you for sending the invoice to meI am rejecting the claim for the following reasons: We have a year or 12,mile warranty His mileage between our invoice and his was a difference of 17, Also, warranty is voided by not returning the car to [redacted] *** Nothing on the new invoice shows that we did anything wrong I wish that the person had come back to us for us to examine the brakes We are sorry that he feels the way he does; however, it was his choice [redacted]
I have attached a copy of the invoice and the warranty information. We are extremely interested in where they had the work done and a copy of that invoice. We always stand behind our work and go the extra mile to remedy the situation if given a chance. If you could reach out to

I am rejecting this response because: I personally saw the brakes before *** *** *** did the work correctly as central should haveI have an email with pictures that I can forward as well I will not be satisfied until I get my money back It is obvious that no brake job was done by central I want other consumers to avoid having the same thing done to them
