I am rejecting this response because: Even though I was sent statements regarding my balance since I stopped making my payments my issue was that I was not informed until my last visit that they were an out of network and when the original estimate was done, actually when I first called to make my consultation I asked if they were in network and was informed they were, not only to find out on my last visit that they actually weren't and that was the cause of my outstanding balance because even at that after I made my first payment towards my treatment my balance that was being presented to me was not the amount they are charging me for now.
