The reason we do not accept his response is: he has never sent the following information to us or to you. Is when did u receive the trany and when was the work completed, where did the tran come from. The 60 days comes from when the tray was completed, not when u purchased. We have this on recording from him.

The 60 day warranty started when the transmission was purchased from the salvage yard, it dose not start at the time it is put into the car. We would be happy to do the work on a another transmission and cut the price down to the bone, but unfortunately we are unable to replace it for free.
