I can inform you that the situation has been resolved between our service manager and the customerOur customer originally had made a request for a service we provide to all of our customers that is a yearly routine required service for our brand of spas at a reasonable chargeThe customer was even given a initial discount of dollars which is our standard dispatch fee to have the techs arrive on site that she doesn't mentionSince then the customer has agreed to pay the bill and we additionally discounted the late fee of dollars along with a store credit of dollars

9/25/17Hello [redacted] & [redacted] ,Goodall Pools was hired to renovate your painted concrete pool which included empty pool, sand blast existing painted surface, install new tile and brick coping, and install white plaster finish, bulk water, safety cover install and a vac alert system at the filter equipmentAll of these items have been completed except for the winter cover install because of the plaster concerns at the moment.The plaster concerns were first looked at by Robert S***, sales representative and then the owner of the Plastering Company, mainly because Robert could not see or understand the major issues that you were describingThe owner of the Plastering Company came out to look at it and felt that it was a typical plaster job and originally offered a discount to the customerWhen this was offered to [redacted] , he became irate and said that he couldn’t wait to tell all of social media how awful the work was that he received Robert again spoke to the owner of the Plastering Company and a decision was made to re-plaster the poolThis however was not conveyed to the customer in a timely fashion by Robert and a complaint was file with the Revdex.com of Harrisburg, With all that being said, here is what is being offered as the resolution.Empty the poolRe-plaster the pool loads of bulk water to refill pool Winter cover will be installed after the re-plaster Final payment to satisfy the contract is expected once this work is completed.This is the standard practice to re-plaster a poolAll of the existing plaster is not removedThe existing plaster is checked for hollow areas and those areas are broken out and removed to where the plaster is solidly attached to the pool shellA cut is made under the tile line and the existing plaster is removed under the tile perimeter for the new plaster to finish toA Bond-Kote is applied over the existing plaster and then the next day the new plaster is installedPlease respond to let us know what your decision will be.Thank you,Goodall Pools & SpasRobert S

even given a initial discount of 65.00 dollars which is our standard dispatch fee to have the techs arrive on site that she doesn't mention. Since then the customer has agreed to pay the bill and we additionally discounted the late fee of 25 dollars along with a store credit of 35 dollars

A cut is made under the tile line and the existing plaster is removed under the tile perimeter for the new plaster to finish to.
