Vehichle was not properly repairedWill not be returning to Central Transmission for the repairs that are needed due to lack of knowledge and customer serviceHave given them multiple attempts to fix problemAnd they have done nothing but cause frustration and waste my time

We have installaed a new transmission in this vehicle and it has been returned to the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was quoted verbally $for parts and labor for drivers seat (assuming seat is like new )I never had any problem with battery going dead (dome light ? )If I suddenly have battery / dome light problem then it's a result of work central transmission has performed.As I said in original complaint, my car went in for tranny slippingCentral trans rebuilt tranny which only made it worse.I never received quote for wiring harness which was supposedly the latest theory.Bottom line is central transmission was paid $2,for rebuild of trannyTHIS WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.I want refund of $2,and then and only then I will pay a reasonable rate for wiring harness (if that fixes problem ) I will also pay for drivers seat upon inspection( No more then $) Sincerely, [redacted]

This vehicle initially came in for a transmission service on 4-18-This model has a removable pan so that the filter can be changed during the serviceDuring the service it was found and noted that the fluid was severely burnt and there was an excessive amount of metal found in the bottom of the pan indicating that transmission failure was imminentThe customer was notified of this and chose to have the service completed with no additional repairsApproximately months later customer returned with a burned out transmissionAfter completing the repairs, the customer returned the vehicle with an intermittent electrical problem interrupting communication between the computer and the transmissionWe are presently replacing the electrical harness to repair this problem

We have the electrical continuity issue with this vehicle resolvedWe are checking the dome light switch that is causing the new battery to go dead over night and installing the new drivers seat as requested by customerThis should complete the service of this vehicle at this time

On April 13, 2015, the customer brought the vehicle in with a check engine lightWe hooked up the car and conducted a scan and discovered different codesCustomer was advised to fix other concerns with codes that were not related to
transm.issionAttached hereto as Exhibit "A" is a true and correct copy of Invoice 4.XXXXXXCustomer did not pick up the car when it is was ready, she waited a week before corni g to get it because she did not have the moneyWhen she told she could not pick up because she had not money, she warned us to be careful with her ca_r and to protect it because she and her boyfriend had gottenin a fightWhenthe customer came to pick it up she was informed that the shop had been 'burglarized and that there were damages to her carThe police mkere called they responded and made a reportCustomer told us that she was certain her boyfriend was to blame
In her complaint Customer states that she had a noise that the other shop confirmed (Rent One Service)I, *** never talked to customer after she picked up the car the first time or the secondMarcos was the one who talked to her whenshe brought her car WI* on May 25th, at which time she was informed that we would replace the transmission with mother unit that was repaired for her vehicle and we offered to replace the vehicle's windshieldThe customer was rushed to take her car that she did not give us the opportunity to replace the windshield because we had to order it, it was not available at that time
Our repair order XXXXXX says "engine noise" "oil leak 'extensive', attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is a trite and correct copy o r said repair orderCentral Transmissions is'willing to check care noise and work on it, recheck transmission at no cost to customerWe will check the engine noise and transmission concern but nothing moreHowever, we "treed tintebecause as youcan see the car has many other problems and concerns

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This shop is a joke, was offered a extended 1 year "verbal" warranty to take down a negative google review and put a positive review. Your verbal warranty means nothing, quite clear that you do not honor any sort of warranty unless there is paper work showing Central transmission worked on the vehicle. Many reviews on yelp and google clearly state that. When my truck was finally returned, once again it was 2 quarts overfilled with transmission fluid. Shop does poor quality work and lacks any sort of customer service. Sincerely,
