Review: We contracted with Central Transport based on them showing a 1 day service lane. It has now been 6 days and they continue to tell us over and over that is on the truck for delivery and it never gets delivered.Desired Settlement: To start we would like our shipment to be delivered and we expect them to waive all charges.

Review: 5/25/14 I ordered a shed from [redacted] with delivery date of 6/11/14 It via SEKO @ SF 6/4/14 it was then transferred to Central Transport 6/5/14 and arrived in Sacramento 6/6/14. 6/9/14 CT called me, set delivery appointment for 6/10/14 between 12 - 3 PM. 4PM it had not arrived, I call, am told it wasn't even put on the truck, office is closed, call in morning to set new appointment. 6/11/14, I call am given appointment 6/12/14 11AM. @ 9AM I send email to see if it is on schedule. Again it has not been put on truck. Company will call me later to set new appointment. They don't call. I receive an email "Unfortunately this shipment is not out for delivery again today because our terminal has been unable to rent the necessary equipment to complete. Our terminal is attempting to rent a box truck for delivery, but was unable to secure one for today." I respond with you shouldn't have accepted the job, nor should you have made ANY appointments until you were capable of completing the t ask in a timely manner. This has been in your company's possession since 6/5/2014. Instead, you have done nothing but lie to me and give me excuses. I receive back "We are working with the terminal to see when the shipment can be delivered but it cannot be today" I call, customer service, they won't even give me a date of delivery now. This is unacceptable.Their customer service is no service. They just lie and make excuses.Desired Settlement: I would like them to deliver my shed by 5 PM 6/13/14 or pay me all shipping costs Your Order Has ShippedHi [redacted],Thanks for your recent [redacted] order. I am responding to a complaint sent on June 13, 2014. Complaint # [redacted] regarding a shed from [redacted] for Ms. [redacted] I did some research regarding this inquiry and there is no official claim on file. After reading the Revdex.com complaint, it appears the customer is just upset on service delays and not receiving her freight on-time. As we are not a guaranteed carrier, we cannot be held liable for service failure. We do apologize but our website’s specifically states all transit times are “estimated”.

I am rejecting this response because: First, because my last name is [redacted], not [redacted] Secondly I was NOT just upset about delivery delays. I was lied to over and over and over by this company. I did file complaint after complaint with them; I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the expenses their lies cost me. see attached invoices and letter Here is the 40th email I sent them along with the two invoices (attached)
