owned by CentraCom was not returned to Centracom until Nov 08 2017 as noted on the customer account. This occurred after the Nov Billing had been completed. The Supervisor spoke to the customer and the person filing the complaint explaining the modem was returned and the credit for the modem would show in the Dec 2017 billing. The refund process would begin after the show of credit on the December billing.  The Supervisor also explained to the Customer and The person filing the complaint, the check would be sent as soon as possible after the show of the refund on the billing statement. (All calls are recorded) The phone call closed with an agreement of ok from both parties. The Supervisor spoke with the accounting department requesting any way we could expedite this check after billing. The accounting department procedure:  checks are set up for payment once a month after billing. This date is usually the 20th of each month.    The check was sent early on 12/12/2017 per request from the Supervisor. As for the immediate refund by card before the CentraCom modem was returned. This is against our policy and was explained to the CSR that made the transaction. This customer was not being targeted for any reason. Centracom’s policy is all refunds go through the billing process before being issued.
