time.  We were under the impression that they were pulling a permit for all the work being done, to also include our installation.  Apparently they never pulled the permits for any of the work.  So, in February 2016, we ended up pulling a permit for the customer for the work we did. Earlier this year, after they completed their work, we found out that the City inspector failed the installation for many reasons.  Most of it has to do with the enclosure the customer built around our furnace.  So I was trying to schedule time with the inspector to see what needed to be done.  Working around his schedule and ours.  That turned out to be a very long process. I kept the customer aware of my progress, or lack of progress, via email.  It had appeared that she was not responding to my emails, so I did not put as much energy into this as I probably should have.  As it turned out, the reason I was not getting responses was because all of her emails responses were going to my “junk mail” folder.  When I realized my mistake I contacted the customer to get this back on track. The city was about to file legal action against this customer.  I called the City of Escondido to find out what needed to be done to stop that.  They had told me that all that was needed was to update the permit.  Something they said they had told the customer months ago.  That information was never related to us.  So on 8/30/17 we went down to the City of Escondido and got a new permit. We went out 9/8/17 and 9/9/17 to make the needed corrections to allow install to pass inspection.  Now we are waiting for customer to call for re-inspection, which I believe will be on 9/21/17.  [redacted]General ManagerExcel Air Corporation###-###-#### office###-###-#### fax
