This company has the worst customer support ever First off, you have to either talk via online chat or email This is very frustrating when you have tech issues and they aren't able to help you via chat On top of that, the only troubleshooting options you get are do a factory reset or send it back for them to look at it It then takes 2-months for them to return it back to you The products are poorly made, and have all sorts of technical issues Read their reviews online, they have ripped off tons of customers
