On February 23rd *** *** contacted us and was asking if she could get into the soonest class I had for IV Therapy and Blood WithdrawalI told her that my March class was full so she would have to wait until AprilShe said she
couldn't do the three days in April because she had a bachelorette party on that weekend and she couldn't attend the May class because she was getting MarriedI told her I could accommodate her so she can attend the IVBW lecture classes in March and do her clinical on the Sunday in the April class after her bachelorette party and she was very grateful for the accommodationsI told her she just had to sign up for the April class and we would make note that she will attend the two-day lecture class on March 3rd and 4th and attend the April 10th for her clinicalI went over our refund policy with her and made sure she understood that she should be sure that the class we discussed was what she wanted and would fit her scheduleShe said her job was only giving so many months to complete her IV Certification so she had to make it workSo I told her that when she was ready she could get online and sign up for the classWhen a student signs up for the class they must agree to the terms and conditions that we have before she could proceed with the registration

Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or do not attend the session you registered, you forfeit the entire course feeWe do not give any refunds
Refund Policy: We Do Not Offer RefundsWe Offer Course Credit Only
Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive promptly to your scheduled courseInstructors cannot go back and teach information missed if you arrive lateIf you arrive within the first minutes of the course, you may still participate in the classIf you arrive later than minutes after the course start time on the day of the course, you will be granted the option of re-scheduling at no additional chargePlease note: The student must make the re-scheduling request by email within hours prior to the day of the class
Rescheduling Policy: you may reschedule your course only onceIf you are requesting to reschedule and you give more than days noticeIf you give more than days notice you will be charged only be a $rescheduling feeIf you fail to give more than days notice; the rescheduling fee is one-half the course feeFailure to appear in class or day of class notice - will result in forfeiture of your entire course feeThere are no refunds

No refund or credit will be given for "No Shows" or for cancellation/reschedules inside the Hours before a courseThe "TIME STAMP" of your email and or voice message left with us will be the official time of record that will be used

She then called us the next day and tried to cancel the classI told her I had a spot open up in March just last night and that she would be able to complete all the three days is March because she wanted that class date to begin withShe then preceded to say that her employer is scheduling a class for her somewhere but she didn't know where, and with whom when she was asked about it and that she would like a refundAs a business owner, we pride ourselves in accommodating our clients and we make sure they are aware of our policiesI spoke with her myself and made all those accommodations for her so she can receive her IVBW certification and yet she complained that we wouldn't offer a refundAs a consumer/customer, it is their job to do the research and know what they are getting themselves into before they agree to anythingShe registered herself and must agree to our policies before it would allow her to register so she was informed and is expecting the business to pay for her mistakes
