Central Valley Property Management received an email from you on 05/10/stating that this matter was closed due the the consumers failure to respondPlease advise as to why we are receiving another complaint for the same problem

As stated in our original response. Mr. [redacted] was charged a $500 cancellation fee as stipulated in each of his property management contracts - contracts provided to Revdex.com in earlier email. If Mr. [redacted] has an issue with the charges, he:
1. Emailed the office about said charges. Mr. [redacted] stated that if he owed it, he owed it.
2. If there is an issue with the contact, as stipulated, he is to file the issue in arbitration, not the Revdex.com.
I am saddened that Mr. [redacted] was not happy with our services since I feel I always went above and beyond for him.

I received your letter and have attached Mr. [redacted] contract stating that a $500 cancellation is imposed if the property owner cancels service as Pg. 2. Sec. 8.A.(7). This is an administrative fee charged to close the file. At one point, we managed four properties for Mr. [redacted]. Slowly, he...
canceled one. Then another. He was not charged the cancellation fee, as he contract stipulated, because he was an ongoing property owner. When he cancelled all of our services, the cancellation fee was applied.
We request that this posting not be posted or if it has, it is removed, immediately, as it is false and defamatory to our company. The contract was signed by Mr. [redacted]. We never received a letter from Mr. [redacted] stating his concerns regarding cancellation fee. Per Mr. [redacted]' contract with us, all disputes are to be mediated, then arbitrated if necessary. Disputes are not done in a public forum such as the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was lead to believe the $500 cancellation fee would only apply if I chose to cancel property management services prior to the tenant's rental agreement expiring. Incurring $1,000 in cancellation fees after being in contract with Central Valley Property Management for approximately 6 years I deem unwarranted.
All contracts should have an expiration date whereby cancellation fees do not apply.
Review: Central Valley Property Management billed me $1,000.00 for cancelling their services after a 6 year contract.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $1,000.00
