Review: Around April of 2014 I was referred to Dentist [redacted] by dentist [redacted]. I visited dentist [redacted],s office about three times. During these visits I took xrays, oral impressions, and other dental precedures.I was planning on having upper dental implants install. I had previously had implants placed in my lower teeth. In the top I have dentures. When the dentist had install the lower implants he had not done it correctly. Mr. [redacted] and I had discussed this in my last visit. He seem to think that it would be some problems matching the upper implants that were to be install with the bottom implants. He explained to me that he would discuss this issue with Mr.[redacted], the dentist that I had initialy gone to and was recommended to the oral surgeon. I then left the office and went to the receptionist to get and appointment. When I asked the receptionist for an appointment she told me that she would call me when it was time to come back. I asked her several times for an appointment for the follow up visit but she would not give me an appointment. The last time I was in the office was in April or May of 2014. It's been 9 to 10 months since I was last in the office. I called his office Monday January,12th 2015 and explained what had happen and would like all the monies, paid to this dentist to be refunded. would like to have my files and all other records sent to me. The receptionist or whom ever, checked and they had my mailing address. I can understand if this dentist did not want to go behind another dentists poor workmanship but he should have at least call me and gave me an explanation as to why he had not call or gave another appointment. They just took my money and never contacted me anymore. I would like all the monies, paid to this dentist be refunded. Also, I would like all the monies that was paid to this dentist office be refunded.

Mr. [redacted] was referred to our office for evaluation to

have an elective procedure. An examination

and x-ray was performed for diagnostic reasons.

He was only charged for those services.

His situation requires careful planning and coordination with his

dentist. He was scheduled for a follow up

appointment (no other service/treatment was provided nor was he charged for any). Due to uncontrolled circumstances the meeting

between our surgeon and his dentist had to be rescheduled. Our implant coordinator overlooked the need

to reschedule the meeting and failed to reschedule it.

The office manager called him to offer an apology, in the

conversation it was disclosed that he never considered calling our office to

voice his concern; rather, based on a friend’s suggestion he submitted a

complaint with the Revdex.com. We regret that he was not satisfied and have refunded

him. Furthermore we regret he felt the

need to involve a third party rather than to call our management, he would have

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I accept the resolution of the complaint but do not agree with the response of the office manager. The office manager was wrong with his statement of saying I never considered calling their office. I explained to him during our conversation and my initial compaint, the reason for not contacting their office was that I was repeately told I did not need an appointment. After, asking several times for an appointment she rudely told me not to contact them, they would call me. So, for this reason I did not feel comfortable contacting their office.

I am finish with this ordeal and moving on. I just wanted to set the record straight.Regards,[redacted]
