I have contacted my client who is the bank the buyer is usingThey recommend that the sellers contact the loan officer, who in turn can request that I review the appraisal

The business' response doesn't make sense. We are not asking the appraiser to discuss the appraisal with us. We are asking that the appraisal be corrected because the following things were listed incorrectly: square footage (listed 2,222, but it's 2,345), bedrooms (listed 3, but there are 4), and improvements made (listed none, but we just put on new siding and have added 5 acres of grapes since purchasing the property). We are asking for the appraiser to contact his client (US Bank) to have the appraisal reviewed and fixed. The buyers already asked the US Bank loan officer to do this, and he said no. We believe we are losing at least $10,000 because the appraisal was not do correctly.

Review: Central Washington Appraisal conducted our appraisal on January 12, 2016. When we received a copy of the completed appraisal on January 19, 2016, we noticed there were numerous errors on our appraisal. We called and left a message with Central Washington Appraisal on January 20, 2016. The message indicated there were mistakes with our appraisal, and we were trying to get these mistakes corrected. Our message was not returned.

The errors include, but are not limited to:

1. Square Footage - 2,222 was listed, when it should be 2,345

2. Bedrooms - 3 were listed, when it should be 4

3. Bathrooms - 2 were listed, when it should be 2.5

4. Improvements - None were listed, when it should state that we just replaced the siding on the entire house. We have also put in over $25,000 in grapes (which we have a contract for, and they have been in production for 3 years).Desired Settlement: We would like the errors to be corrected and a new appraisal given to us.
