We are contacting the customer ASAP to get them in and taken care of We have had some changes with employees and this one was missed It was our fault and we will make sure that everything is fixed and the decals get put on I'm sorry [redacted] that we didn't follow up with you If you have a complaint in the future, you are more than welcome to contact me directly, so that I am aware there is a problemThanks,Jason C [redacted] Central Washington RV

When we first heard the refer wasn't working, I sent a Technician out to their campground on Mother’s Day which is over 2 hours away from our dealership (We normally do not offer mobile service repair).  He didn’t have the parts to fix it, so he went back a 2nd time and replaced the circuit...

board and the thermostat and got it working.  They contacted us sometime later complaining it wasn’t working again.  I don’t recall the exact date, but this time I sent out our Service Manager.  When he checked it out he found the refer was working fine.  They appeared to be over packing it with food, which will cause it not to cool down to normal temperatures.  The RV refer does not have a fan inside to move the cool air around like a residential refer.  Since then we have installed fans on the back side to help keep it cool.  When they dropped it off the first time in fall of 2015, we checked the refer and it worked just fine in our shop on electric and gas for over 24 hours on each.  They picked it up in the spring and Mr. [redacted] was appreciative because they do not have a place to store it.  They got out to the campground and complained the refer wasn't working after a short time.  I paid a mobile tech to go out and check it out.  He replaced the thermistor and got it working.  We received a call after that saying it wasn’t working again.  They brought it back Fall of 2016 and left with us and told us "no hurry, we don't need it until Spring".  Again, we brought in and tested the refer only to find it was still working fine.  This time we tested it for a week on electric and a week on gas.  Mrs. [redacted] doesn’t believe we did this because it wasn’t in the shop for that long, but we are able to work and test things like this when they are outside.  I have suggested they have the power source at the campground tested at their camp site.  I’m not sure if that has happened yet.  Other things that can impact the refer like this is direct sunlight on the outside of the RV where the refer is located.  It needs shade to maintain favorable temperatures. Another item of concern was the leak under the shower.  We poured and ran water down the drain in the shower and found no leaks.  We were unable to duplicate the problem.  Another item of concern was the bedroom A/C not working.  We replaced the circuit board and tested it.  It worked good after replacing the board. I feel our staff has exceeded expectations as no other dealer would have driven to their campground to work on it.  Let alone multiple times as this is a 4 hour, round trip service call.  An RV is a mobile vehicle which can be moved.  We are perplexed as to why it works when it is here, but not at their campsite.  If they bring it back in, I will personally check it out myself and make sure they see that it is working before they pick it up. We have not had any problems with repairing refers with any other RV and haven't had anybody complain to the Revdex.com.

Mr & Mrs [redacted] purchased a 2016 Spartan 1242 in April 2017 from us.  It was broken into on our lot in the Fall of 2015 and all the TV’s were taken as well as 8 other RVs.  I had my technicians go out and remove all the TV’s from every RV in inventory.  Time went by and I decided...

to put a 32” TV in the main living room area that had a little scratch on it, so it didn’t have an empty space where it used to be.  That is how we displayed it for a long time.  Also, since the RV was a couple of years old in my inventory, we had sold it to the [redacted]’s for $10,000+ below my invoice and were selling it “as is” because of the age and missing TV’s.When the [redacted]’s purchased it, I had someone go to Best Buy and purchase a TV that didn’t have a scratch on it.  The TV that was originally stolen out of the main living room area was a 39” and my employee purchased the same size TV (32”) that we had temporarily placed in it.  The [redacted]’s came in to take delivery and do a walk through on the 15th of April 2017 and never mentioned anything about the TV’s only brought up the problem with the hitch.   Shortly afterwards they had found the remotes to the TV’s that were stolen because they were left in a drawer.  They spoke with their salesperson and he neglected to pass it on to me right away, so that I could handle the situation.  Since they didn’t get a response back right away they went to the Yakima Police department telling them we stole the TV’s out of their RV.  The detective gave me a call and was confused about the whole situation and was wondering why they came to him.  After that they are came back to us saying we stole the TV’s out of it and that it had TV’s in the bedroom and the cargo area when they saw it, which is not a true statement.  I have previous customers who tried to purchase before them that will testify that there were no TV’s in those areas when they saw it which was a couple of days before the [redacted]’s.  Not to mention I have 17 other witnesses that will say the same thing. The other issue was the Fifth Wheel hitch we installed.  My Sales Manager made a clerical error and wrote down they were getting a 24K B&W Hitch.  B&W doesn’t make a 24K hitch only a 20K hitch that will fit their truck.  I have offered to replace the hitch for them because of the mistake and offered to swap the main TV out in the living room area to a 40” TV, because we bought the wrong size.  Also, my technicians removed the sound bar that was in it because they couldn’t find the power cord.   I have purchased a power cord since then and have it ready to go back in.Since then, I have had discussions with the [redacted]’s and we had an agreement to swap the hitch, put the sound bar back in and the TV in the main area.  They changed their mind later that day, because they say that they would like to speak the truth about how we do business on social media.  I don’t have a problem with that except what they are saying is completely not true.  I feel they are trying to take advantage of the situation because of our clerical error on the hitch and finding remotes to TV’s that were stolen.  Again, they purchased this RV $10,000+ below our cost because of the age and not having all the TV’s.
