Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have left two phone messages for the person who called me I've also tried talking to the dispute department They do not handle the paperwork which they told me to get from the bank I went through all of this before, by phone to both the bank and the dispute department before I filed a Revdex.com complaint and the credit union refused to do anything There are over $unauthorized charges on my accounts Two of them were disputed back in June and the police already verified the bank made a mistake The company charging only had a bank account number, the wrong name, the wrong expiration date, and the wrong security code They had the wrong account number This was back in June and it still has not been resolved You have my email You can email whatever dispute forms you wish to my email I will complete them, scan them, and email them back So far the credit union is lying about everything that has transpired We are repeating the same steps and still getting nowhere which is why I filed a Revdex.com complaint To reiterate and be very clear Central Willamette Credit Union made the following unauthorized charges to my account ending in 2:jul $1.50, jul $431.20, jul $61.60.Central Willamette Credit Union also made the following unauthorized charges to my account ending in 3:$on may 30, $on jun These were investigated by the Corvallis police department and found to be illegal charges made to the wrong number They claim they transposed the numbers but they had the wrong name, the wrong expiration date, and the wrong security code, safety measures the bank should've used to bounce the charge The bank failed to do their charge and failed to protect my money causing me immeasurable grief and the police to have to do an investigation.I've contacted the credit union repeatedly and have left several messages They have still not emailed me the dispute forms nor have they made any attempt to return the atm fees or other unauthorized charges to my accounts.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reached out to this member by phone on 8/28/and my call went straight to voice mail. I left my name, date and time of call along with my direct line. I have researched this account and confirmed with our fraud dispute department that we have not received any requests from
this member disputing any transactions on this account for charges that were done while traveling to Iowa. We are more than willing to assist this member with any disputes she may have. She can either call us at *** or she can call our dispute line directly at***. I don't' show that this member has opted out of any overdraft protection programs. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have not spoken with anyone named Audrey but I have a muffled phone message I am in the lab working on my research all day so that may account for the poor reception when she left the message As for the rest of what she said, that is not true I have sent them six letters politely asking them to dispute the charges they made on my account which were never authorized They have over $of unauthorized charges plus overdraft fees plus they transferred money from my other account into this account without my permission.When I set up my account I set it up with no overdraft protection and was assured that if I moved my money out of the account while traveling that no charges would be allowed to go through They allowed several unauthorized charges to go through In addition they have two unauthorized charges from last month in which they allowed someone to make several charges on my account at *** *** with only my numberShe had a different name, the wrong expiration date, and the wrong authorization code and yet the bank allowed her to make several unauthorized charges onto my accountIt took a week and the police to get them to credit my account at all and I still have not received a confirmation letter stating whether the credit is permanent This bank should be closed for behaving so carelessly with their member's money.Sincerely,*** ***

CWCCU charges an inactive fee on a single service account with a balance of less than $with no activity for months. In this case, in February the member closed one of their two accounts, resulting in the member only having a membership account, meeting the definition of a single
service account (member). As time progressed, the member had no activity on the membership account. In January 2015, CWCCU spoke to the member regarding the inactive membership fee at the same time he inquired about a loanFrom January on the single service account remained open and inactive fees were assessed, leading to the membership account being closed. CWCCU’s inactive fee are disclosed on the rate and fee schedule at the time of account opening, the member signed indicating that he had received that disclosure. CWCCU contacted the member and explained an inquiry, in this case about a potential loan, does not constitute as activityDemonstrating a good faith attempt to resolve the matter amicably fees were refundedCWCCU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned by our members and works tirelessly to act with the utmost integrity while making decisions to provide value and benefit to the membership

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have mailed seven letters to Central Willamette Credit Union, *** *** ** *** Albany, OR These letters are dated August 7, August 11, August 15, August 18, August 20, August 25, and August I have copies of these letters in PDF format I'd be happy to submit to the Revdex.com but I don't want them posted publicly I've also called the dispute number three times They do not handle credits for mistakes the bank has made In this case the bank has charged overdraft fees, atm fees, and unauthorized charges to my account and well as my daughter's They also do not handle the paperwork which they told me to get from the bank, so this is a lie I've left two messages for Aubrey, the woman who left the nasty voicemail message for me I have been quite clear, but let me reiterate so there are no more lies on the credit union's part On my account, you have an unauthorized charge of $on july from the same company I already filed a dispute with back in early July, *** * for $ In addition the credit union charged me an insufficient funds fee of $ On July there is also an unauthorized charge for $from *** *** On my daughter's account (first initial *) there was an ATM fee on july for $1.50, an unauthorized charge for $on july 23, an unauthorized charge for july for $by the same people, and an unauthorized transfer from her other account on aug for $ This was the account ending in For the account ending in 3, there were two unauthorized charges for $from the same company on may and jun which we filed a police complaint for back in june before traveling The police clarified with the credit union that this person had only the number She has the wrong name, the wrong expiration date and the wrong security code In fact the police were shocked the credit union charged these charges to my daughter's accountFor my other daughter's account (first initial *) there were two ATM fees for $on jul and jul 24.When we opened our accounts we set them up with no overdraft Several different people at the bank verified this Yet they allowed several unauthorized charges after we moved our money out of the bank, violating their own policy and our agreement.In addition, the bank has repeatedly refused to talk to me or to mail me the dispute forms and credit us the overdraft charges, ATM fees, and unauthorized charges which add up to over $ This is no small matter but the credit union has been negligent all the way around When it became obvious they were INTENTIONALLY preventing us from disputing the unauthorized charges made to our accounts we filed a Revdex.com complaint This is not "unclear" It's very clear Central Willamette Credit Union is violating their own policies and still owes us a great deal of money We'd like our money immediately credited to our accounts and we'd be happy to complete whatever paperwork you have.YOu have my email address as well as my daughters YOu can email whatever dispute forms you wish us to complete by email and we will complete them, scan them, and email them back This is much more secure than via fax.Sincerely,*** ***

Based upon this members complaint I reached out by phone on 8/28/2015 at 9:10 AM to get a better understanding of her issue but had to leave a message on her voice mail as there was no answer.  I left my name, time of call and direct phone number for her to reach me at.  The only charge...

she disputed as unauthorized on her checking account was from a [redacted] on July 10th out of Ames IA for $431.13 which was done using her debit card.  She received provisional credit to her account for that same amount on 7/13/2015. There were no NSF fees assessed with this transaction.  The member does have overdraft protection on her checking account from her savings account but no overdraft transfer occurred as there were no monies in the savings account to transfer.  If the member would like us to remove overdraft protection on her checking account from her savings account we would be happy to do that for her.  At this time until I hear back from the member I am assuming this is the charge she is referring to and at this time she has received full credit for the transaction.  Audrey S[redacted]AVP Branch Services[redacted]

Its unfortunate that we are unable to connect with our member as this could be easily and quickly solved.  As I stated in my last response we are willing and ready to assist in helping dipsute any unauthorized charges on our members account.  Protecting our members and their assets is our number one priority.  In order for us to assist in this dispute process we need to either have the member contact our fraud dipsute department at [redacted] or provide us with a fax number to send an unauthorized dispute form that needs to be signed by the member.  I have tried calling again on 9/1/2015 at 4:00 PM and left my direct line along with the number to the dispute department.  We have searched all records and are unable to confirm that we have received any written correspondence from this member for this situation.  I'm unsure at this time what the member is disputing.  Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with out having additional information due to our records showing the one item she disputed has already been credited to her account and no overdraft fees were assessed for that transaction.

As I stated in my last response we are willing and ready to assist in helping dipsute any unauthorized charges on our members account. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:What Audrey said is not correct.  I have sent six letters about the other charges that the bank allowed to go through that were never authorized.  They refuse to do anything about those charges.  Since I am not currently in Oregon I certainly cannot go to the bank.  I'm not sure why they refuse to send me the forms and dispute these amounts.  I will send a seventh letter today and see if they will actually send the forms and dispute the charges and refund my money.  It's already  been almost a month.As for her phone message.  I was driving all day yesterday and I turn my phone off when I am driving.  I did not get her call until late after they were closed (there is a two hour time difference).  Her assertion that she doesn't know what's going on is**.  I've been extremely clear in my letters.  I set up my account so there would be no overdraft protection and was assured that no charges would go through unless the balance allowed it.  I intentionally moved money out of this account so I would not have to worry about it.  But the bank allowed several unauthorized charges.  They did this to my daughter's account too, allowing a perfect stranger with a different name, the wrong authorization code, and the wrong expiration date to make several charges to her account too.  This bank does not protect their patron's money.  I've never heard of a bank allowing anyone with just the number to make charges to your account.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:They lied saying I closed an account... they took the money out of a savings account 1$ at a time, until they closed my account. I never signed up for thier stupid fraud protection, and they had no right to take that money. The fraud protection plan, was the bank committing fraud.I was never informed of any account closure, or how they were stealing my money.Then, after speaking with me, took money from my member account WHILE I was working with a banker to re-finance some debt.Sincerely,[redacted]
