I called the number he left today at about 4pm CT and got voicemailI left a message letting him know I got his from Friday afternoonWhen he left his message Friday he pretty much only gave me an hour to call him back that dayI was busy working yesterday and did not have time to call themI told him to call me back until he gets ahold of me because his repis the one who told me not to call them anymore
No resolution has been attempted other than the missed phone call to me FridayI will not resolve this with them via-email if that is what he is insisting.

Our President, Pete Hoefling Jr, has attempted email contact with [redacted] several times. If we hear back from him, we’ll let you know.He actually did not follow the procedures laid out by our events team in order to pick up his playmat at a future event. He didn’t have the voucher validated in...

[redacted] on the event day. In order to combat fraud, such as unauthorized reproduction of the playmat vouchers, players needed to have their vouchers validated by a member of our events team. Since his voucher could not be proved to be authentic due to the missing validation, our event rep told him that we couldn’t honor it. That being said, [redacted] has already offered to send him the playmant and we haven’t heard a response.I will let [redacted] give more information should he have it.  Thanks for your time!

experience. “Starcitygames advertised an open which rewards 20,000 dollars in cash. Today in [redacted] at the convention center. Upon arrival from [redacted] ( a 7 hour drive mind you) with me and my friends only to be turned away by Starcitygames we were told we were not allowed to participate, along with many others. Starcitygames claims they were full for that event before the day began, but did not post anything about it on their website or facebook page.” The turnout for our 2/17/18 [redacted] event both significantly exceeded our expectations and actually broke our previous attendance record. Despite both of those things, there were still 35 (out of I believe 1,050 total) seats available on-site when the doors opened on Saturday morning. This was communicated via social media at [redacted]. Unfortunately, approximately 100 players who hadn’t preregistered for [redacted]’ main event beforehand showed up that morning wanting to do so and we were only able to accommodate 35 of those players on-site before the main event reached its capacity and sold out. Mamy many people drove hours away, from diferent states to participate in this event only to have starcitygames turn us all away. Starcitygames advertised that this event had "day of" registration, but that was not true. Please see above. Starcitygames had hundreds of people drive this weekend hundreds of miles away to be told they cannot participate. This was not just me but many many others and I would be surprised if there are not more complaints about this. The number of players who were unable to enter the main event due to it unexpectedly selling out on Saturday morning was approximately 65. We wish we could have accommodated everyone, but unfortunately couldn’t due to space limitations. Name of Salesperson: Purchase Price: $50.00 Disputed Amount: $50.00 I’m not quite sure what this means as you would not have paid the above entry fee unless you’d have actually been able to participate in the main event. Again, please accept my apologies for the situation discussed above.
