indeed existed when the customer arrived on premises, prior to service at Centralwood CarwashMoreover, the customer complained initially to my manages about the window tint being scratched and did not mention the window itself until he spoke with me on the phone several days laterCentralwood Carwash has been providing excellent customer service to our patrons and community for more than years, We appreciate all of our customers and will continue to provide them with the utmost professionalism and careWhereas I understand that it is virtually impossible to please everyone, we do try and make a good faith effort, therefore, it is a shame that the custormer has promised to take his claims to social media as a way of persuading his outcome.Very truly yours,Paul E

For more that 30 years, Centralwood Carwash has taken great pride in providing our community with superior service in the car wash industry. The customer's allegation that Centralwood Carwash scratched his vehicle as it passed through the tunnel is unfounded, as I tried to...

explain to him at the time. I offered to walk him through our facility to show him that all equipment was functioning properly and nothing was touching the vehicles that would result in scratching the paint; however, he did not want to hear what I was telling him and refused to have me show him anything. In addition, we were busy that day as it was the day following a snow storm and every car entering our facility was covered with salt and road grime, just as his was. No other vehicles were scratched or otherwise damaged during the washing process. Upon inspecting the customer's vehicle, I did notice that a small amount of wax residue was slightly visible and pointed it out to the customer. As I explained, the bitter cold temperatures increase the product’s curing time which will make the wax appear hazy until it is buffed. I offered to rewash his vehicle and reapply the VIP wax package, but he declined. Our customers are the very reason for our continued success. We strive to not only meet, but exceed our customers’ expectations in order to continue long lasting customer relationships.Very truly yours,

Dear [redacted]:I am responding to your letter dated September 11, 2015 in reference to ID [redacted]. The complainant states that she did not notice the missing CDs until sometime after she had left the premises. Despite the fact that customers are able to watch every step of the process...

and all services are performed within plain view of all customers, she stated to me that she never specifically saw any employee take her CD folio. I have spoken to my manager and employees about the purported incident and find the allegation to be false, as I attempted to explain in good faith to the customer. Centralwood Carwash has been providing excellent customer care and service to the community for more than three decades and we do so with the utmost in professionalism and respect of our customers.Kindest Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:  I have a statement of a person that used that carwash and his system broke her mirror on the same 
side as the damage to my car.  The system broker her mirror and the owner offered to pay and did get the mirror ordered and paid also for the installation of the new mirror. 
This proves his system does and can cause damage to vehicles. The damage to the other persons car happened approx a month before my damage. 
I received quote for repairs and it is less than 500.00.  We can resolve this and it al go away. If not I am prepared to take legal steps as my next recourse.
