miles on it. The title with the above mentioned VIN number was received from Ford Credit, which held the lien with the previous customer. There were not any indications on the title that this vehicle was branded or had any other problems. The copy of this title has been attached for your review.
This vehicle was in excellent running condition at the time it was sold to Mr. [redacted], and the customer(s) as well as LTD Ford were satisfied with the sales transaction. It should be noted that the previous title to this vehicle was from the State of Illinois and any notation or lack of notations were strictly the actions of the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles. LTD Ford did not intentionally request or make any changes or alterations to the vehicle title. LTD Ford has done nothing wrong.
In an attempt to work with or assist the customer we have offered to buy the vehicle back for $5,000 or if he wants to trade it in on another vehicle we would allow $6,000 for a trade in allowance. In either situation the 2006 Expedition must be in good operating condition as well as the body and interior of the unit. This offer was conveyed to [redacted]'s mother, Mrs. [redacted] in September 2015. This offer of assistance will be good until December 31, 2015, should he choose to accept it.
