This customer apparently just wants to complain or is fraudulently trying to get product for nothing (which they now have done). We did respond to his first complaint and sent another Elk hide at no cost to him. Again he complained about it. We sell 1000's of hides all over the country and...
internationally and have NEVER had a problem like this. I emailed the customer and told them to return everything so we could examine the product for defects, they have not done so, which again tells me they are lying and just trying to get product for free. To bad the Revdex.com is so quick to take a complaint. We have done everything we possibly could to try and make this right, the customer did NOT want to do that they evidently just need to bad mouth our company.
