Ms [redacted] 's file has been cancelled I appears she was reaching out to the Revdex.com after she had left messages with our retention department and before they had a chance to call her back We apologize for any delay in response that she experienced on FridaySome of it was due to the time zone difference, she had 1st called in our 6am hour, before we were open The department was returning calls and did call her that day to fully complete her request to cancel If there are any other concerns we are happy to address them but at this point it seems that the issue was resolved within the same day of the complaint

There was some confusion regarding contact, which we have sorted out. *** *** has been linked to the correct account manager and has the number that she will be calling from to make it very easy to identify calls from CMS. *** told the CMS manager today that this complaint
would be withdrawn

Yes, it is agreed that Ms. [redacted] had some confusion about the program she was enrolled in.  The program is most certainly not a scam and is extremely effective and helpful to many people, but it is also not a good fit for every individual or consumer.  We do our very best to explain and...

confirm understanding of all details as well as set expectations prior to enrollment and repeatedly in the first 30 days.  However, we still end up with some client's who don't have a full understanding of the program which they enrolled in.  That seems the case here.  She is correct, once a client has cancelled their file information, including the client portal login, is closed off.  The client portal is for active clients to be able to confirm the work being done, upload documents and communicate with their Account Manager. The client portal would serve no purpose to a someone who is not a client or does not wish to be a client. After 2 weeks of attempting to contact Ms. [redacted] by phone [redacted] converted the file to full cancellation, per the request, and the portal access was closed at that time as well. [redacted] had been trying to reach Ms. [redacted] by phone in order to discuss ending her program and the refund process and has been unable to do since receiving the message regarding her wish to cancel.  So, after reading her message to the Revdex.com and seeing all of the multiple contact attempts in our system I am not sure where the disconnect is regarding contact.  We have wanted to speak to Ms [redacted] and would still be more than happy to speak to her and find a resolution.  Ms. [redacted], I know that you receive a copy of this message.  I request that you please reach out to [redacted] directly (###-###-####) or, if you prefer a Manger, you can call [redacted] at (###-###-####).
