Review: My husband I contracted CertaPro painters to paint the outside of our home in 2013 and were told at that time if the house should start to peel before three years had past, which it started to do so in the summer of 14, that CertaPro would repaint it for free. We also had CerTaPro paint the inside of our home on 10-19-14 and that paint is also peeling. We contacted Marc G[redacted] several times via phone calls and emails to have him come look at the work. He never did. We contacted the corporate office of CertaPro on several occasions and they told us that Marc would be getting back to us. The last time we contacted the corporate office they assured us that Marc would come and look at the problem after labor day. Once again, he never called or showed up. We still have not hear back from anyone and we need help. The house is peeling inside and out and we paid over $4500. total for both paint jobs.Desired Settlement: We want the house repainted to our satisfaction or we want a refund and we will have someone else do it right.
