I contacted Ms***, and apologized personally.I explained to her,that I never treat customers or employees this way. I have a lot of respect for people and I am so sorry for her experience at Centre cleanersI take the blameit is my job to train our
employees and I feel, I did not do a good job in the case of this employeeI will retrain this employee, and give her a second chance, because people's job is very important to meagain I am so sorry for Ms*** experience at Centre cleaners
