I ordered a quesedilla costing 17.73$ on April XX XXXX. I called the store back because it was not made correctly. they offered me a 2$ credit on a 17 almost 18$ order I told her I had the item still and want a complete refund and she denied it completely telling me to not order from there again. I clearly stated I did not want the food anymore and it was not exchangedProduct_Or_Service: steak tip Quesedilla exta steak...Order_Number: 38Desired Settlementi would like my 17.78$ back I paid in a 20 and let the driver keep the excess chance I just want the cost of the food back, or a correct order of what I wanted ived ordered before and alwas the same thing Business Response What the customer conveniently failed to mention in her complaint that what was wrong with her quesadilla was it was missing a handful of green peppers on the quesadilla which we charge 25 cents. We apologized and offered her almost 10x the charge for the missing green peppers at the time of her call as a jesture of good will for accidently fitting the peppers. This was not good enough for the customer who immediately took to our Facebook page in a slanderous mannor making acusations about my staff and their professionalism and how she would never order from us again. To which point I messaged the customer on FB and as rediculous as her complaint was offered her a full refund in the form of a gift card for $20. She never responded until I recieved this notification from you. Maybe the Revdex.com could make her understand as my manager was unable to or I was unable to on Facebook that to re-send her and throw away a double steak extra cheese quesadilla for some missing peppers is insane. The $2 was more than generous for 2oz of green peppers. My food/labor cost on this quesadilla was over $11 and yet I still offered her $20 in a gift card and she refused to respond. Had we had sent her a burnt product or chicken instead of steak we would have immediately sent her new product. As far as I am concerned, my offer for a giftcard or even the $2 no longer stands- I would much rather lose this particular customer than give her the satisfaction of thinking that she "showed me". We have great customers who appreciate and love the hard work and fresh ingredients and love that we have put into this business 10 years and running. The complaintant has other options in the city and we are happy to see her to dine somewhere elseConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I was not offred a 20$ gift card I would have appreciated that but now I se how this business runs you can call me at XXXXXXXXXX for any furtjer inquiries I inquired a refun I had the full iten untouched and that was told

I odered delivery, nothing fancy, just a steak tip with cheese. The girl which picked up the phone was decent said it'll be 45 minute wait, fine, no problem. An hour and 15 minutes later I called to check status of order, driver got a flat tire. Still, no worries. Life happens. Finally an hour and a half later the delivery driver shows up reaking of booze and hands me a cold sub. Now it's a problem. I call back only to be told ' well, I don't know what to tell you, toss the sub in the microwave" by the manage, just before he hung up.... had I wanted reheated food I would've craked open the fridge and pulled out a plate of leftovers. Bad, bad business for customers to have such an apauling response from a manager at a food establishment. Odered from here before, but never again. Was thrown off by such an unethical response from someone in a position that should know proper etiquette when dealing with paying consumers.
