We have emailed the move out inspection pictures you have requested and also documents stating your move out charges and returned mail receipt. No keys were received. We have our system noted on 6/10/no keys were returned so inspection was done on 6/13/2016. October 12, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: We have received notice regarding the issues with the tenancy of Mr. [redacted] at Centre Square Apartments and understand the concern. After careful review of the account, we have found a detailed move out inspection report with photos of the condition of...

the apartment after move out. No keys were turned in and a forwarding address was not provided upon move out. A breakdown of charges was mailed to the last known address and we have evidence of returned mail on 6/24/2016. After deposit was deducted for damages owed, the account balance of $118.00 was sent to CBF Collections on 7/8/2016 with valid debt owed. Accounts are only sent to collections once. This debt is owed and our office has no record of request for information previous to this notice. Tenants are welcome to come by the office during office hours of Monday-Saturday Sam-5pm and we can share the inspection report or arrange to have it emailed at their request.
