We sincerely apologize that *** is unhappy that our relationship with *** * *** has ended and she is uninterested in coming to the studio for the barre program we currently offer. It is unfortunate that this complaint was filed so quickly as we had every intent of making an exception to
our written policy and refunding *** the $for her unused classes The first email *** sent was received by Centre Yoga on 9/19/and the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com on 9/22/15, which did not give us time to fully resolve the situation.Since receipt of the letter from the Revdex.com (10/5/15) a check has been issued in the amount of $and sent to the address listed above. Thank you
