I was not informed by Ms*** that she did not wish to receive phone calls from me ***il the last time I called and was able to reach her I had left previous messages without
any response from her
I was only following up as I do with all my clients to alert them that there was a deadline and allow them the opportunity to select a provider to prevent them from losing the benefit of the Covered California rebate
I do not recall that this office selected her insurance carrier and it is inconsequential if she
had selected another broker, as that broker will be credited with the referral to Anthem
Also, my files reflect a social security number provided by Ms*** to our office and I have no knowledge of a fake password as the password in our acco*** had been selected at the inception of her contact with us and with our actions assisting her in registering her with Covered California on January 13, at 17:31PM

Review: In looking for health insurance due to the impending obamacare deadlines I spoke with a couple different agents. I did provide [redacted] of CentrePoint Financial Services, Inc. some of my important information to get a quote but opted to sign up for insurance through a different agent. Over repeated phone calls from [redacted] bordering on harassment I repeatedly informed him that I chose to go with another agent but the phone calls continue even as of this morning. Once signed up for insurance through another agent I was informed by Kaiser that I had been signed up twice. Apparently [redacted] decided to sign me up with out my consent using the personal information I'd provided for a quote along with a fake password created by him that I had nothing to do with and still have no access to.Desired Settlement: I don't wish for a settlement or compensation. I would just like to have [redacted] either investigated and/or notified that these practices are unacceptable and that the use of my personal information and the harassing phone calls need to stop. If what he's done is in anyway illegal than by all means he should be prosecuted.
