Review: I have a membership at this gym which expires on March 1st 2015. I paid for this membership in full with cash; it was for 14 months ( $300 ) and the use of a private locker. ( additional $50 ); for a total of $350 , paid in full. I asked the owner, [redacted] to "freeze"the month of February because I will be out of the country for the entire month. This would in effect extend my membership to April 1st, 2015. He told me no.....that he will not freeze my membership solely based on the fact that I had prepaid for the entire year, and he only freezes memberships if you pay under a monthly contract. I feel this is very unfair. I am being treated differently and not getting the same membership benefits as those who pay month to month. I am being penalized because I paid for the entire duration of my membership in cash in advance. I expect to receive the same benefits as all other members. I would like to have that month frozen so I don't loose it ( since I paid for it ) or, they can refund me for that month and the locker; which would be a total of $25.00 .
