I called this company in September 2019 to inquire if they could assist in an overnight and possibly followup visit to the doctor after surgery. Was told absolutely after they did some checking.
Well over a month before surgery everything was confirmed and in place.
Surgery is scheduled for December 17th.
SIX DAYS BEFORE SURGERY they said they no longer had someone in place, did not have any replacements and the only way they could assist is if I committed to the overnight and for the next 3 days, 4 hours per day. This is not what we agreed to and I did not need a service beyond the overnight.
I would not recommend this company. To have this happen before a major surgery is inexcusable. A "we're very sorry" did not come close to alleviate the devastation they caused.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We did have an employee to work just one night for you in September 2019. Unfortunately, three months later, the employee was no longer with us in December so we worked very hard to find a replacement for you to accommodate your needs. Finally, we found a new worker that can do it, but the person agrees to do 3 days and 4 hours each day. At this time we have shortage of personal caregiver staff. We hope you had a successful surgery and apologize for any inconveniences that it may caused.
