Hello,We contacted Mr [redacted] yesterday (12/1/2014) and scheduled our return visit for 12/4/2014.We will return on that day to inspect Mr***'s concerns and to resolve the situation.I would like to add that when our service man (***) was out to Mr***'s on 11/26/14, [redacted] called in to our office and relayed Mr***'s frustrationsThe office passed on this information to our Operations Manger's follow up/contact notes to contact Mr [redacted] on Monday December 1, when our Operations Manager would be returning to the office and have the service ticket in front of him to look over[redacted] did let Mr [redacted] know that we would be contacting him but maybe Mr [redacted] was expecting a call earlier than that.I just wanted to add this because we had planned to contact Mr [redacted] to address his concerns before he filed a Revdex.com complaintMaybe, a December contact date was not soon enough for Mr [redacted] and that is why he filed a Revdex.com complaint, but, I just felt the need to add it could not have been due to our refusal to address his concerns.Thank you and I will follow up with this complaint after our return visit on 12/4.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC###-###-####
