We installed a tankless water heater and new water lines, with a manifold system, in November of for *** *** Mr*** called in and complained of a leak at the manifold on May 23rd, We sent our plumbers out the same day and repaired the leak. *** called back and said
that the floor and subflooring needed to be replaced due to the leak from the manifold We are willing to make the necessary repairs to the floor but we will not reimburse Mr*** with cash
