Centsable was very helpful with my ac repairs. I highly recommend them.

My home warranty company contracted Centsable to come out and fix my AC. Wasn't cooling properly and outside unit was cycling on and off every 30 seconds. First trip out, technician said we were low on freon and topped it off. Problems persisted. Second trip out, technician said that it had to do with the drain lines being misaligned - fixed that. Problems persisted. Third trip out, technician was stumped...but thought that it MAY BE the expansion valve. Finally, ordered the part. Now, almost another week has gone by - waiting on the part. It will be their FOURTH trip out to my house!!! Inefficient and not convinced of their competency. The tech was very nice - nothing against him - but the bottom line is my AC still isn't fixed. Do not use Centsable. If your home warranty company contracts with them, let them know that you want someone else!!!

I am rejecting this response because:This is not an...

appropriate response.  Im not going to pay them more money to come out and tell me that its working with the wrong parts.  This was terrible workmanship and customer service.  I should have had the courtesy extended to me to tell me what was going on and why they changes were being made. Testing should have been done.  Correct parts should have been used.  See the two pictures submitted.  The furst is the capacitor I had on the system.  The second is the cap that your tech used.   It is not the right one.  It is possible that his use of the wrong cap could have led to the fan not starting up.  But he didnt even test it.  He just changed it out still using the wrong capacitor.

This company was sent to work on our A/C unit by our home warranty company, Old Republic, I checked them out on the Revdex.com website and they had 7 reviews and 5 were complaints, so I was somewhat hesitant about using them, but we didn't have a choice. I have to say I am very happy with their work. They came during the time they said they would. The service man was very polite. He had to come back because he did not have enough Freon on his truck to complete the service. They called and came back without me having to follow up. I am very satisfied and will use them again.

This company stopped taking my calls after demanding payment in advance for repairs never made. We have been waiting three weeks for an air conditioning part to be installed and still have no A/C during the height of summer in Texas. At one point, they scheduled the appointment and I was forced to take a day off from work to accommodate, then they failed to show up and said they were mistaken about having the part after all. After I complained, that's when they stopped taking my phone calls, even though they have been paid almost $1,000 in advance.

If you feel your system is not working properly please contact our office and request a "recall" visit and we would be more than happy to send out a senior technician to review the previous repairs.

The $75 fee you paid to the service technician is your deductible. As with any insurance company you are required to pay a deductible as part of your contract. So the $75 is non refundable. If your AC system is not cooling properly please contact your warranty company so that we may come back to...

the property to take a look at it again, ther typically is NOT another deductible due with a "recall" visit. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to rectifying this situation and getting your AC system up and running.

We regret that you have not been satisfied with the experience that you have had with our company. Our prices and procedures are competitive and in line with industry standards, but as there do seem to be some issues that may not have been handled correctly, we are prepared to offer you a refund in...

the amount of $250 - which has been mailed to you on 9/16/16. We hope that this is satisfactory and apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

This contractor was contracted by First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation to come and repair my air conditioner on Monday, June 8th 2015. I was given an appointment for Thursday June 11, 2015 with window of between 3 and 7 pm that the technician would arrive and the technician would call before arriving. I called the day of at 4:30pm to confirm my appointment. No technician showed up, nor did I receive a call letting me know of a delay. I will have to call First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation and request another contractor be dispatched and thus having to wait how ever many days before they actually come and look at my A/C.
