As previously communicated upon first receiving this complaint it is in the process of being reviewed by the Practice and once that review is completed
the findings and final determination will be communicated to the consumer by letterInitial response sent 8/18/She will need to allow time for the process to be completed

Hi,We have received a letter today from Centura saying that the said appointment was requested by the doctor and we still have to pay the amount which now they have
reduced to $129.21(point to be noted here is we were not informed that there will be a charge for this appointment by the scheduler)The details which they have provided seems like we have to suffer because of their internal issuesAs per the letter, Centura has removed the negative information from our credit reportsBut it does not matter, as because I am tired of this issue we would pay the amount to close the issue but I am thinking of putting a negative review about Centura related to this matterAlso, received same kind of bill for my husband now (same issue)!! So much harassment!! So far we were visiting Centura and paid all the rightful bills but now are thinking to stop using the facility going forward.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any resolution from Centura. I received a call today from Centura billing who stated they are sending the billing back to Southlands ER to have them review the level charges. She stated this process would take a week or so and they were unsure what the outcome would be. Whoever is responding to Revdex.com has yet to contact me, nor discuss a "letter" they are sending. It is unclear how they can state the billing issue without any contact or resolve.

We have closed this dispute a letter was sent to the consumer 09/05/17 you may obtain a copy of that letter directly from the consumer.
