Review: December 20, 2013, I made a down payment of $2500.00 on a steel building that was to be delivered around the end of April, Mr. [redacted] said he would call with the delivery date. When I didn't hear anything, I tried calling and sent emails. I never ever got a response from Mr. [redacted]. In August I call the Rocket Steel Buildings in the USA, the lady put me through to Mr. [redacted] I told him I no longer needed the building and I would like my money back. He then told be it wouldn't be a problem, he would have it arranged to go back onto my Visa card. I waited no money, I called the Rocket Steel once again, this time he could not be reached, the lady give me his number I called and left message after message. No reply. One day in October a call come in It's Mr. [redacted] looking for some other person, so got to speak with him about our problem, he again told me it would be looked after. I called Rocket Steel again and explained what had happened, the lady said she had to speak to her supervisor then she would call back. A month passed I called again, a different person this time ,I had to explain everything again. Never ever got a call back. I waited to give them a chance to get the matter addressed but that is not working too will, so here I am. could you please help me. Thank you!

Review: I am making a "Theft by Deception" complaint against Rocket Steel Buildings. I pursued the purchased of a storage building on the internet. The company representative, Mr. [redacted] contacted me and told me he had a building a customer failed to purchase and that he could give me a deal on it at there cost. The stated amount was $7,973 with a $1,500 down payment. Mr. [redacted] pressured and deceived me for several days in purchasing this building. Mr. [redacted] faxed me a credit card transaction form and other forms which wasn't legible. I was never told the down payment was nonrefundable and never saw this in writing due to fax being illegible. I was also told by Mr. [redacted] that the building construction was simple and easy to build. After discussion with construction experts, this was not true. I brought this to the attention of Mr. [redacted] then he tried to sell me additional foundation hardware. I also noticed the building's installation kit was not complete and I needed to purchase needed mounting bolts. I received a Building Brochure which I mail back. I don't feel Mr, [redacted] was honest with me during the whole ordeal. I trusted him and he took advantage of me. I realize businesses are financially hurting due to the economy but to capitalize on a customer in this manner is unethical. I am a 23 year veteran of the Gulf and Iraq wars. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome and live on a set monthly income and can not afford to throw away $1,500 on a product or service I never received. I am connected to The United States Air force with many friends in prestigious positions. This is the reason I'm trying to resolve this matter at the lowest level possible. I know the reputation of this company is worth more than $1,500. I notified my credit card services but got no help in resolving this matter. The defendant (Aztec Buildings/Rocket Buildings) failed to cooperate I hope future customers are briefed on all the particulars prior to making a purchase. I Ask that the right decision be made.
