January 7, 2015Dear [redacted] ***,I am writing in regards to the above captioned complaint This is an old customer and we value their business However there have been a few problems with this jobIt was delayed for manufacturing and since installation We have tried several attempts to satisfy this customer and have no problem working with Mrs [redacted] which we have told her The issue is with the storm door The last time we spoke to her she called and asked if we could come there to do her requested caulking specifically of screw spots needed to be done that would their last request) this was after a previous visit which took hours building a piece over the door that Mr [redacted] asked us to do at the advice of his neighbor we believe It was not included but we accommodated his request at our expense.When Mrs [redacted] called to request the final visit which was two spots only and that would be it I spoke to her personally, very nice conversation and we both agreed it was reasonable request and as long as she would be there we would come We also advised her that the door was under warranty UNLESS someone else does any work to it then entire job warranty is void We also explained that a storm door is not 100% moisture eliminated but it is to keep high winds and heavy rains and other elements from damaging the doorWith the door, and the added ledge built on top per the customer instructions and request only slight moisture should be getting in if any unless a heavy rain with wind or sideways rain The attach photos show the door to be in tack, top ledge built to be clean and the in between door dry witnessed by our worker, secretary and photo This was after a very heavy rain The door is in good working order The wasted trip is $normally since the customer would not allow us to Do what they asked us to do and knew we were coming Visit photo taken 12/29There has been a bad history dealing with Mr [redacted] during course of this job which we will not get into right now Mrs [redacted] is well aware Bottom line, we would like customer warranty to stay in tack and will be glad to come one last time to Calk two screw holes only as Mrs [redacted] requested however it is a must that only Mrs [redacted] be present She may call me and I will set apt weekdays 8- It will be the final trip and a fee of $will be assessed if she is not present and we are not allowed to caulk the two holes Please have her call me In the end we really do want both Mr& Mrsto be happy with jobAnita M

November 20, 2015Dear *** ***, Thank you for bringing this request to be removed to our attention We apologize to *** ** *** for calling and can assure you we do not want to disturb or harass anyone Once he was entered into our database, it was printed on several lists and
with more than one person calling to speak to people that to want something done, I'm afraid he was called too much We have removed his number from the computer so it will not print on any further lists We have advised those who have remaining printed lists to please look for his name and cross off We are not a database company so we are eliminating his info the old fashion way We are sorry for any inconvenience and can assure you this was not intentional Thank you, Anita M. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we can assure you and the customer we will review and make an assesment however our file is missing some information he is stating he has.Please have the customer send the Revdex.com who can then forward to us the following: Customer states he paid
additional monies for pool coping which we do not sell - we have no record of paperwork or payment of the additional monies he stated he paidCustomer states a year warranty , our contract carries one year non transferable- warranties are on work contracted and paid for -we need the paperwork for consideration We are not disputing the above , we do not have enough facts to make the determanationPlease request the additional paperwork for the additional work he paid for, I beleive he said $2500along with his canceled check. the year warranty Upon receipt of these docments, we will quickly respond.Thanks you

November 18, 2015Dear *** ***, In regards to the above captioned complaint Be advised, we stand behind our roof *** *** was there the entire time this roof was being installed and took photos He was also advised of other things the property needed
that would be addressed Leaks are a process of elimination and *** *** has many areas of this home that needed addressingHe opted out of more work at the time The roof that was done needed to be done and it was *** *** took and has photos of the roof in progress and completed. After installation, he had another leak and we went out, checked our roof which was working properly and advised him we felt it was coming from above our Roof and advised him that the third floor roof needed work and coating along with other things He again declined Our roof is warranted unless someone else touches or walks on it, then warranty is void Now it appears by the bill that he had *** roofing do the work we suggested on the third floor, (roof Flashing, caulking etc.) he should had had us do it when we suggested it and he would not have to repair Ceiling and floor but he declined which caused damage from waiting to have it done. We are sorry that his home is in need of work and improvement for lack of maintenance but that is not our fault He needed a roof and we did it, he needed more work which he declined and only had done by someone else because they too told him it was needed He was also advised that the side wall is in dire need of pointing along with many other maintenance If he had not had that done, it will indeed be an issue in the future *** *** should not have filed a complaint because it was his delay in taking care of the other needed work WE ADVISED HIM OF that caused further damage and his refusal to do it for over a year We are glad he finally got it done If our roof leaks again he can call for a service visit, it is due for a coating In unless someone else worked on it then the warranty should be voided Let me know if he needs us to come Out or if the work needed and completed on third floor solved his problem. February 2, 2016Dear *** ***, We are in receipt of the complaint filed by our customer *** *** We are pleased to say her check was returned to her early last week The account was here and check was cut as we assured her. We regret that she felt the need to write
a complaint but the accountant was here and he finished and check was cut We appreciate her business as she had a few jobs with us We phoned and offered her to pick up the check for quicker service but she requested it mailed so we did. For her records, the supervisor is George C***Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are happy that the customer should already have her refund. Thank you, Anita N

get to experience our history of good Service.We have sent the customer a release of contract, per their request we are allowing them out of the Contract without normal penalty or any fee so that he can hire someone else who we hope he will be pleased with.
