Centuries Ago

I have done work for the *** home on two separate occasions. I was first contacted by Mrs***'s assistant, ***She ordered a fireplace door which was build and installedAs I was leaving from that install, I notice the front door
was discolored, as you can see in the photosI mentioned(to the assistant because *** wasn't available) that we had a product that would bring it back to lifeI explained the process, and how we use oil to do the treatments and that no painting would be involvedA few days later, I received another call from *** and she said that ***( Mrs***) loved the fireplace door that we built and that she wanted us to build her a second fireplace door for a different room in her home. During that same phone call she also stated that *** would also like to have me treat the front door as well as the gate (see photos.) The second door was built and installed and the entry door and gate were treatedAfter some confusion about getting paid, I made a stop to the *** home and rang the door bell after all the help had gone for the dayHer daughter answered and *** then came to the door offering to pay with a credit cardAt which time, I ask *** herself, if she would like to take a look at the work that had been done. Her response was, I looked at it the night before and it looks great! a few days after that interaction with ***, *** text or called me and said that *** asked if I could come back and apply another coat on both the gate and entry door and I happily agreed to do soI've included emails that will show the conversations and the back and forth about the applying of more coatsI tried reaching out to *** herself about her concerns and all attempts failedI even had a confirmed appointment with Mrs*** to discuss what I could do for her further in an effort to see what else she would like me to doOnce at her home for said appointment, no one would come to the door I traveled more than miles on one particular day to try and resolve any problem she had, and made multiple attempts to reach her over the phone to try and sort this matter outI was then told that any communication involving the matter of the gate was to be done so in writingI did try reaching *** by letter but much like my other attempts, it too failed. Mrs*** disputed the charges for the work that was done on my second trip to her homeAfter three months of non payment I finally had to file against her in small claims courtI believe that she has only filed a complaint against me because of the claim I had filed in courtThe day she submitted her claim, was days after I filed against her to try and get payment for the work I providedI have documents to show the dates. I dispute all claims made by Mrs***, as I take great pride in how I run my business and great pride in how I interact with all of my customersI believe that I one hundred percent, went above and beyond to try and satisfy Mrs***
