CENTURION CAPITAL CORPORATION

Review: I have recently applied for a mortgage and upon reveiew of my credit report a judgement filed in Jan 2007 through the RI [redacted] district court for $863.00 is listed for [redacted] by Centurion Capital Corporation. I had filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy 10/31/06 and all appropriate debtors were updated of the discharge. There is no telephone number listed for this agency when I've searched online nor am I entirley sure who they are and which company they represent.The address I listed is the only information I could locate. I have gone to the district court myself to obtain the original documents which only provide the name of the company and the attorney who filed the judgement(in which the firm listed no longer exists upon searching) I have tried every avenue possible including contacting several attorneys to try and resolve in which I was told they can not assist until I know who the original creditor is. This is negatively impacting my credit and stalling an approval on a mortgage. Even if this debt were valid I have no way of paying it since no contact iformation is available nor do I have any bill or proof of validity to this debt. I need this cleared up asap as it is causing great hardship to me and my family.Desired Settlement: bill of explanation stating what this is for, name and contact information for the original creditor to dispute. letter stating this has been settled
