Dear, MrsF [redacted] We apologize for the delay in your request for a copy of your warrantyWe did send out your Original copy in December under the name Jen K***Centurion did get your messages last week but no phone number was left to return your calls and due to the name change we unable to find your information in our systemThe fee to transfers warranties to new owner is $per appliance with a letter from the original owner (you) transferring to new ownersUnfortunately we do not offer electronic transfer options so it does need to be mailed to the P.OBox We contract with local servicers so we have to abide by their schedulingWe have sent you an emailed copy of your warranty and also attached a copy to this response Sincerely, Autumn Y***

to the name change we unable to find your information in our system. The fee to transfers warranties to new owner is $10.00 per appliance with a letter from the original owner (you) transferring to new owners. Unfortunately we do not offer electronic transfer options so it does need to be mailed to the P.O. Box.  We contract with local servicers so we have to abide by their scheduling. We have sent you an emailed copy of your warranty and also attached a copy to this response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will consider this complaint resolved.
The end result is that I received the warranty  paperwork in the mail. I had spoken severs times with the company prior to my complaint. They were able to locate my file regardless of the name difference. So I feel that part is erroneous, but in the end, I have the warranty. I appreciate your help getting them to comply.
