The business has responded Please see below:We are very sorry the product failed the customerHowever the parts were used in an off road application on the customers vehicleThese parts are meant for stock replacement use in driving conditionsThe customer sent us pictures of his car broken down on dirt road trailsAlso the warranty of our parts never covers labor for any reasonWe explained to the customer that we would be more then happy to provide him with a full refund if he returned the partsPlease send the parts back and we will provide a full refund for the purchase priceHowever we cannot reimburse for damage to a vehicle that was done because of misuseThank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]Please see attached photos of gravel ROADS the truck was not used off road.I drove these ROADS over 70,miles on the original ball joints with no issuesI purchased their ball joints and within miles on a well groomed gravel ROAD their ball joints failed, left me stranded, and caused $2,worth of damageI would of never had damage to to truck if it were not for their productTHIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
